While the concept of remote working (known by a multitude of different names) has been around for many years now, the adoption is
growing almost exponentially across industries, professions and verticals. And it seems it is not going to go away in a hurry, with global
indications showing that an expected 50% of people will be working remotely by 2020. (Global Leadership Summit 2014)

The reasons for making the move to a remote environment (or mix of remote and co-located) vary but, whatever the reason, one reality is

This Seminar addresses strategic, practical and real-world questions, tasks and issues designed to assist business owners, leaders and
senior organisational executives to plan, structure and oversee the implementation and development of remote operations and personnel.

This one-day programme draws on our own 18 years of leading and developing operations with a workforce dotted across 14 countries and
with many of our “local” personnel in a “work-from-home” environment, scattered around the country. We combine that with the experience
and knowledge of many business owners and senior executives who have established and managed such environments to examine the
potential pitfalls, challenges and “what works” options to assist you in effectively building and leading an entity with a remotely-based
workforce and partners.

The Seminar utilises real-life examples of success and challenges and is crafted to give you key practical tasks to address within your work
