Building Remotely-based Work Environments and Teams
An evaluation and design process for Business Leaders,Owners and
Executive Personnel

We spend time with you (or your team)  to gain an understanding of your "current state", what you are wanting to achieve, your personnel and how the "future state" should look for your business.

Together we identify what areas/topics should be included. You are NOT limited to the topics in the Framework.

We design a programme specifically for your business taking into account the business culture, resources, operational environment, personnel capabilities and organisational goals. We incorporate processes   and
activities which ensure your personnel evaluate what is in place and/or what is planned against each of the topics presented.

You review and approve the proposed programme. You provide your preferred dates.

Our Team member  (the same person with whom you had the consultation)  works with your team on a private basis (in-house) at a venue arranged by you. (Our Consultant travels to your location with no added
expenses to you within New Zealand.).

Your Consultant prepares and delivers a report on the process within 5 business days of completion of the process.

Oversight or coaching of the final planning and implementation is available at an additional cost.
